If you wish to move to a different Russet Homes' property, you will need to complete a Transfer Application Form .

If you wish to terminate your tenancy with Russet Homes, you will need to complete a Termination of Tenancy form, which should be returned to our Tonbridge Regional Office.

We help tenants exchange their homes with another tenant if they wish.  Anyone wishing to exchange their home should contact their Regional Office, where mutual exchange books are held in Reception.  Our leaflet "Moving in, Moving out" gives details about what will be expected before a mutual exchange takes place.
