Our Services

As the landlord of over 6,000 properties, we are responsible for providing housing management services to all our properties, including repairs, on-going improvements and disabled adaptation works.  We are committed to developing new homes and have a thriving new-build programme.

Our services are underpinned by our Service Excellence Standards,  which demonstrate our commitment to providing high quality services in an efficient and user-friendly way.  We have also issued a set of guarantees setting out five promises relating to services and programmes that we aim to provide over the next two years.

Another of the partners within the Circle Anglia Group, Invicta Telecare Limited, runs our Community Alarm Scheme, Housing Support Services for the elderly and disabled (including 11 sheltered housing schemes) and an out-of-hours emergency telephone service for the Association..

We operate a clear Complaints Procedure which is open to anyone who is unhappy with the service they have received from us. Details of this procedure are set out in our leaflet 'Service Excellence'. There are 5 steps to this procedure, with the final stage being referral to the Housing Ombudsman. You can get a form from any of our offices.
