Repairs, Maintenance and Improvements
We operate priority-based service for day to day repairs, in partnership with our maintenance contractor, Osbornes. Repairs should be reported through the Contact Russet team, using the 24-hour freephone repair line, 0800 197 2880.
Most of our properties now have central heating, but we operate a 'fast-track' scheme to install heating in the remainder, at the tenant's request, and at no extra cost.
We have a planned maintenance programme, which includes re-wiring, re-roofing and repointing and we issue a leaflet giving details of all planned maintenance and improvements projects for each year.
