There are 11 sheltered schemes, located throughout the Borough of Tonbridge & Malling. The majority of these have their own resident Scheme Manager. Residents have their own flat within the scheme, but there is also a communal lounge, and luncheon clubs and other social events are held regularly.
23 Housing Support Officers visit our tenants in their own homes to provide support and assistance.

They offer advice on:
- Benefit entitlements
- Information about the local area
- Money Advice
- Services provided by the Association
They can also offer practical help, for example in finding furniture, or can simply act as a ‘friendly ear’ for any problems or concerns. |
