This January Russet Homes is launching a major customer satisfaction survey, in a bid to strive for excellent customer service for all. The customer satisfaction surveys will encourage all our residents to tell us hat they think about the services they receive, highlight areaa where we perfrom and point out areas for improvement.
As part of Circle Anglia, we have appointed ORC International to do the surveys, which will start on Monday 21st January and will run for eight weeks. Residents will be randomly selected and contacted either by telephone or through a face-to-face interview. . Every resident who takes part inthe survey will be automatically entered in a prize draw. The results of the survey will be available at the end of April 2008 and will be pubnlished in the next available edition of Russet News as well as on the website.
Please click here for the full statement about the survey, or click here for a more detailed fact sheet. |

We now subscribe to "Travellers Times" - the UK magazine for Gypsies and Travellers and those who work with Gypsies and Travellers, sharing information, contacts, news and views.
Russet Homes' tenants from the Gypsy and Traveller community can receive a free copy of this quarterly magazine by contacting Marilyn Smith on 01732 781952. We have already sent a copy to those who said they were from this background in our recent census, but would love to hear from any other Gypsies or Travellers. |
