FORUM's Activities

Some of FORUM's key aims are:

• To develop and promote tenant involvement;
• To act on behalf of and in the interest of tenants and prospective tenants in consultation with Russet Homes over service performance, and changes to services and all matter affecting tenancies, and 
• To suggest and promote ideas about improvements in service delivery. 

FORUM  operates our Tenant Suggestion Scheme, awarding £50.00 for winning suggestions.  Entry forms are available from all our offices.

FORUM welcomes new members, particularly those from rural areas, young tenants or those from ethnic minority groups.   If you would like more information about being a FORUM representative,  please contact Marilyn Smith or Melanie McAdam.

FORUM has a small budget for donations and is always willing to support local community initiatives.  To apply for either financial or other assistance, please contact Marilyn Smith or Melanie McAdam or e-mail federation@russethomes.org
